Could be a problem, in ascending order from where the urine leaves the body, with the urethra, the urinary bladder, the kidneys. Your age, I am presuming u r female, is an important factor. Yes: The act of sex can push bacteria into the urethra triggering an infection. It's a good idea to drink plenty of fluids around the time of sex so you can urinate after and expell bacteria.

Not much: Uti is a bacteridl infection requiring prescription strenth antibiotics. Cranberry juice cn sometimes help prevent but once you have an infection most likely you would need antibiotics.
