Bitter/nasty: Sounds like you have an infection. Did you take the full 5 days of Amoxicillin? Did you take the Z-Pak as prescribed? Have you been faithfully taking the Clindamycin? Have you been totally avoiding alcohol/smoking? Please see your Dentist again if symptoms don't start to abate after 2 days on Clindamycin.
