Side effect: Antwanj, Normally side effect from this type of medication will resolve within 2-3 days of stopping the medication. That being said, chest pain is not a typical side effect from this medication and should be evaluated by your medical provider.

Dry mouth: will resolve with hydration and stopping loratadine. Unsure that loratidine directly causes chest pain
