Not usually: Vitamin B complex does not usually make a person sleepy, but you may have a unique reaction to this vitamin or the other ingredients it contains. If the sleepiness is immediate, you may consider taking it at night. You may also try stopping the vitamin to see if the sleepiness goes away, then restart to make sure this is what is causing the symptoms. You could also try a different brand.
