Tinnitus: Ringing in the ear (Tinnitus) can be caused by several underlying conditions that may be treated. As you know, it can be very annoying. It is postulated that the famous artist VanGogh may have had tinnitus and made him cut his ear off. DON"T do that! See the ENT dr. for an evaluation of your tinnitus. Best wishes.
