No way to know: Given that this product is untested to FDA standards, there is no way to know if it is safe for use under normal conditions. Certainly, it has not been rigorously tested in a nursing population. The vast majority of physicians would not recommend using untested products in lactating women. Certainly, it is particularly unrecommended to apply to the breast or anywhere the baby would contact.

Possibly OK: Most substances taken by nursing mothers are safe because only about 2-5% of most medications enter breastmilk. Given that the itworks wrap is a topical treatment, it is probably fine. However, I am unable to see exactly what is in the wrap. If the ingredients are herbal products or vitamins/minerals that are considered generally safe orally, then it should be safe to use while nursing.
