Dosing: Although this medication is approved for up to 20mg, clinically it is often used in higher doses. One study had participants taking the medicine at 50mg. No safety issues were identified, though 1/4 of the patients couldn't tolerate the medicine at that high a dose. Thus, you are likely fine at 25mg.
