See dermatologist: It looks like you has been having acne on your face and back. The marks on your face and getting darker are result of healed acne pimples. there are medicine for acne you might nave used them but you still have acne .Better see dermatologist who may suggest you another treatment for acne scars and to avoid to get more pimples
