Androgenetic alopeci: Probably telogen effluvium + androgenetic alopecia. Conditioner rinse after shampoo. Minoxidil solution used faithfully twice a day on scalp for years. Attention to medical conditions and nutrition. Possibly hormone replacement therapy. No alcohol. No smoking.
