Optimize hydration: Make sure you are good about using a good emollient cream/lotion. You make consider using something with lactic acid, urea or alpha hydroxy acids as these chemicals help reduce the excessively thick skin that covers the feet. One nice tip is to place lotion on the feet prior to sleeping and then place cotton socks on to help improve the penetration of the lotion/creams!
