Breakthrough Bleed: 25% of women get breakthrough bleeding in the first few months of birth control pills. You finished most of your pack. Your ovaries produce your hormones. They have just been shocked by your birth control pills. Your period will come. Hopefully, you are using some other form of contraception. If not, please do a pregnancy test. You may start a new pack of pills if your preg test is negative.
