Breakthrough Bleed: 25% of women get breakthrough bleeding in the first few months of birth control pills. You finished most of your pack. Your ovaries produce your hormones. They have just been shocked by your birth control pills. Your period will come. Hopefully, you are using some other form of contraception. If not, please do a pregnancy test. You may start a new pack of pills if your preg test is negative.

Secondary amennorrhe: For your age on pill with minastrin not taking regularly sequale to secondary amenorrhea firstly you have to rule out pregnancy secondly you have to exclude hormone imbalances and noncompliance in daily dosage and you should see your gyn/fd asap. Good luck
