Check pregnancy test: if you have been on the pill for a while, not getting a period during placebo pills is very normal. You can get breakthrough bleeding if you didn't take the pills exactly on time. To be sure that everything is ok, You should check a pregnancy test. Then you will know for sure you are not pregnant and continue the pills.
