No: Your daughter is obese. Without her height, I cannot tell you exactly how overweight, but unless she is over six feet tall 145 pounds is way too much. You both need to do drastic changes to your lifestyle. You should never buy soda, juice, junk food or white bread. What she has available to her will set her choices. She also needs to start a routine of exercise - suggest starting with daily walk.
