Here's a few: Early fullness with eating, weight loss, anemia, vague discomfort in the upper mid abdomen are all symptoms of gastric cancer. None, however , pinpoint the disease. Full workup would be necessary. Good luck.

Several: Some common ones can be early satiety, indigestion, weight loss, blood in the stool, possible nausea with or without vomiting, hematemesis, stomach pain.
