Abdominal symptoms: There are several possibilities for these symptoms such as gallbladder disease, ulcer, acid irritation of stomach or esophagus, pancreatitis or other bowel issues. You will most likely need to be seen but try to watch if certain foods make it worse. Have you tried any over the counter acid medications such as Prilosec?

Try healing yourself: by eating right - low fat, low spice, no caffeine or smoking. No alcohol or sodas. Try some exercising and get some sleep. Avoid stressful situations. Lose weight. If you can afford an over-the-counter acid reducing medication like Zantac (ranitidine) or Prilosec. Do not skip meals. If this fails, or your symptoms worsen/change-you need to see a Doctor.
