ENT eval: This combo of symptoms requires a careful clinic assessment by ENT exam and an audiogram (hearing test), then an MRI per judgement of the ENT. Vertigo and headache are common, ear numbness is rare, but like much more common ear pain can be the result of a problem involving one of several cranial and cervical nerves. Your ear numbness is most worrisome symptom.

Many causes: Your symptoms could fit into any of the following conditions: Middle ear infection,swimmers’s ear, ear wax blockage, laberinthytis, sinusitis, tension headache, migraine, malocclusion (bite out of alignment)- TMJ, medication reaction or side effect ( if you are taking any but this would be bilateral) TIA, and more. If not better soon, get a check up.
