Is there a good med for anxiety that is not a narcotic? was taking klonpin for 8 months, but knopin stopped working.

Klonopin (clonazepam) is actually: a benzodiazepine. Yes - there are non-benzodiazepine medication choices. Don't know if you are currently on Sam-e or Effexor (venlafaxine) but SSRI's are often used to treat anxiety. Discuss with prescribing medical provider. Take care.
