Psoriasis? : Scaly Silver colored rough skin patches, specifically on extensor surfaces, elbows knees can be psoriasis.

Difficult to say: This is difficult to answer without knowing more about the diagnosis- there are various possible diagnoses such as psoriasis or vitiligo, which are very different. Homeopathy can be very effective for a variety of skin conditions, but treatment is highly individualized. If thuja does not help then try a different remedy; even the best homeopaths don't find the best remedy every time.
