Reactive lymph nodes: Generally lymph nodes swell in response to an infection of some sort. Might even be a viral infection. Degree of concern is related to the underlying process not the lymph nodes per se. Lymph nodes are not treated. they will resolve when underlying issue is solved.

Wait and see: imply means that yoru lymph nodes are enlarged due to an acute Infection or inflammation in a speciifc site of your body. Usually that would mean as the infection or inflammation resolves the lymph nodes should regress to their normal size. Usually these findings will be described on a CT scan. If they do NOT return to normal may need biopsy.
