A member asked:

Taking coversyl bp tablets do you suffer with tickly cough, runny nose, cold like symtoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cough: Coversyl is a medication which is an ace inhibitor. This class of medications has two significant side effects which are cough and angioedema. The angioedema usually involves the neck, lips and tongue and can be life threatening. The cough can be very persistant and is reversible when the medication is discontinued. Runny nose and cold symptoms are not side-effects.
