I've gone to the doctors and gotten medication but it keeps coming. i stopped sshaving, using deorderants etc. it still keeps coming back.

It's not clear: Is your problem underarm itching, generalized itching or itching in another specific location(s). It's also unclear if there are skin lesions like lumps or bumps or scales where you have itching. While I love to be able to offer some helpful information without a more clear understanding of what's going on, I can't readily help you. Try to post more information. Best of luck.
