Chest Xray: start with Chest Xrays and Arterial Blood Gas. If any suspicious finding on Xray get CT Scan of Chest. See a competent Pulmonologist if any of the above are abnormal. Do feel short of Breath, any cough?

It depends: As in it depends on why you are taking deep breaths. There are non-"pathologic" - or concerning reasons for this, but you want to make sure it's not something more concerning. If you are taking deep breaths because you feel short of breath, air hunger, chest tightness, wheezing, or pain you should seek an in person medical evaluation. Best of luck.
