Coud b anything: See your doctor. Take your temperature as well. Could be viral illness which self resolves but can also be something more serious

Need more info: Your symptoms are significant for a few gastrointestinal problems like ulcer, gastric reflux, pregnancy??, food intolerance? Please see your primary care physician very soon for an exam. Is there any change in your bowel habits? Lots of questions need answers.
