Take with food/milk : The most common side effects of the penicillin and cephalosporin class of antibiotics originate within the gastrointestinal tract. Usually taking the medications with food will help eliminate the upset stomach or nausea. If diarrhea is present try adding a probiotic; acidophilus or lactobacillus. Also eating a serving of yogurt daily could help decrease these side effects.
