Lifestyle Change: The biggest change you would have to make is in your diet and exercise. Most of us love fast food but that is unhealthy. Fruits and vegetables should be a big part of your diet as you slowly cut out junk. I advise meeting with a registered dietician or nutritionist and making a food plan. Brisk walking or jogging for 30 mins a day, 3 times a week is good start. Be patient but persistent. Good Luck

Agree W Dr. Jaiswal: To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.
