Hydration: Thin urine just means lots of excess fluids. It is not a sign of anything.

Pale urine: Usually very light colored urine is a sign of dilution, not infection. Perhaps you drink a lot of water/fluids throughout the day? Infected urine often appears cloudy or dark, and may have a strong odor. No need to worry about clear urine unless you are having pain/burning on urination, and/or increased urge/frequency of urination.
