Dry skin: Have u tried emollients. If so and if u have tried antihistamines OTC without resolution u should see your pcp and get blood work done make sure Not related to Abnl bilirubin level though if that were the case u would have other symptoms such as jaundice.

See a doctor!: If you tried everything it is time to see a doctor. Sometimes these issues can only be treated with stronger medications you can't get over the counter. Second, this could be something more serious and may need to be biopsied. I'd see a doctor, it doesn't necessarily need to be a dermatologist.
