Pleurisy: Your pain could be musculoskeletal but it sound more like pleuritic-type pain that comes from irritation of the lining around your lungs. If you have no contraindications (HTN, kidney problems, gI bleeding) you could try OTC NSAIDs to see if relieved. If no relief I would suggest you see a physician for a physical exam and/or Xray.
