Perhaps trapped air: But you need to really talk to the surgeon about this problem ASAP in case there is other more serious complications.

Surgical complicatio: Anytime that soon after a surgical procedure you are having severe pain, you need to insist your surgeon see you and evaluate things. It may be nothing and he can give you suggestions to alleviate the pain, or it could be something serious that requires further intervention. You are in pain - that is a signal from your body something is not right. Listen to your body.....
