Knuckles: Your dark knuckle may be due acanthosis nigrans which can be a sign of pcos. Check with your gynecologist or dermatologist for further workup

Very little: Most of the time this means very little. May be "age spots" Not serious as a rule but if just came up and getting darker, need to see your doc. If you lay out in the sun or tanning both , need to look into having your skin checked for sun related skin cancer.
