TB is a problem: I'm concerned your aunt is quite ill. She could have TB which is characterized by cough, fever and wasting. The old name for TB was "consumption" because the patient gets consumed by the disease. In India there is alot of TB. I hope she could get help because it is treatable and I would expect a full recovery.

Needs to be seen !!!: The symptoms described are now a medical emergency. Fever over 1 week should normally be seen but at 2 months with weight loss and severe fatigue it is medically necessary now. Diagnosis can range from lung cancer to TB and an assortment of other serious maladies including infections and other types of cancer. Please have your Aunt seen immediately. Good luck
