Nasal discharge: This seems to me to indicate you have an irritation from recirculated air in the airplane. Likely a minor problem for you. Not an indication of an immune deficiency

Allergies : Sounds more like allergies. Try non sedating Zyrtec (cetirizine) I bet it will help you reduce your symptoms. Good luck. Keep flying those friendly skies.
