Diabetes ?: You may have diabetes and should have your urine tested for sugar. Other possibility is a urine infection. If urine has no sugar or bacteria or white blood cells then other causes are more begin and can be evaluated when you get a chance.

Possible diabetes: Sweet smelling or tasting urine generally means there is sugar [glucose] in the urine. Your blood glucose needs to be above about 160 for there to be sugar in the urine. Although there are other problems that could cause this, they are essentially rare relative to Diabetes. This needs to be evaluated as soon as possible, if only to rule out diabetes
