Eggs are not dairy: So, if all you need to exclude is dairy - you can eat eggs. But do check w/ the provider who told to to be dairy free. Just to be sure since, like you - many just think they go together. Several folk are allergic to eggs and that can also be a reason to avoid them if you might be. Fresh eggs ok. : Eggs are not a dairy product, and if fresh and eaten soon after being well cooked should not be a problem to digest and will not have mold spores. Egg beaters which are pasteurized are ok too. Eggs have no residue ( which means they are low in fiber). That is a good thing if you have diarrhea. Good health
