Needs formal eval: Burning type pain can mean nerves being directly effected. Combining low back and abdominal distribution can mean a problem in the "retroperitoneal" area (behind the bowel, where the kidneys are). Some concerning problems can be there. So, you need formal evaluation of this. How long have you had it? This will make a difference to the doctor during your evaluation.
