It may not grow back: Depending on the depth of the "nicking off" it could be akin to having the lesion.mole excised, so there is the chance the mole may not grow back. have it looked at if it does not heal.

Depends on the mole.: Some take a few weeks, others take years. Mole that return are a little more suspicious.
