Probably, but why?: Cutting out moles is not a do-it-yourself project; dermatologists and surgeons train for years to do it correctly. There's a good chance you didn't get it all & it will come back, but your main worries should be infection and scarring, since I doubt that you did it with sterile instruments. See your doctor if redness, soreness, or pus appear. And in the future, leave the cutting to professionals.
