Detox and Education: First it is imperative that you do this under medical observation to get you safely past the risk of seizure and death from early withdrawal. Your doctor or the local hospital can help you find a good Detox center. Then Second, to stay stopped you need to treat the underlying disease of alcoholism. A program of fellowship with other alcoholics will be the most successful way to stay stopped.

What do you drink?: 300ml/day is not a lot of alcohol if you're drinking beer or wine. You may not need to do anything more than just stop and see how you do. If you can't stop without feeling symptoms then you may need to enter a detox program and AA to quit and stay sober.
