Local care: Lady bugs are NOT poisonous if you think that is what bit you, but generally lady bugs do not "actually" bite. That is, they aren't really ‘bites’ in the true sense of the word. The ladybugs don’t break the skin (not even close), and many researchers feel they’re really just kind of ‘testing’ the surface (human skin) they’re on. I would treat it locally, and see doc if it worsens. Good luck.

Not poisonous: Nothing needs to be done. Lady bugs usually don't bite.

Coincidental: A sore or bite with pus is an urgent medical problem. This infection did not come from exposure to a lady bug.
