Hmmm: How do you know you are lacking in silica? This would be a very unusual diagnosis. Is whoever told you this trying to sell you something? ARUP (a national reference lab) defines a couple of tests for silicon, but does not define a clinical syndrome associated with the test results.

Not clear: Silica is a actual compound that is noted as silica dioxide. This is found in nature as quartz. I am not aware of any such bodily deficient. You may be referred to something else. It is used in thing from microchips to food industry.
