Caffeine effect: The caffeine in coffee is a pretty potent diuretic. It can dehydrate you easily. So you feel thirsty from that. Caffeine also stimulates thirst directly in the brain. Hot feet reflects a blush. Caffeine can do this also. If you are adding sugar to your coffee, then this can cause thirst as well, particularly if your blood sugar spikes. If you have early diabetes, hot feet could reflect neuropathy
