When i'm thirsty i drink water, juice etc. but sometimes i just become thirsty again a few minutes later i even get up at night to get a drink of water?

Glucose and urine: If you have other symptoms esp urinating a lot, have your glucose levels checked and urine specific gravity also. Diabetes mellitus and diabetes insipidus can cause excessive thirst.
