Unkmown: It is difficult to find evidence of interactions because, as a homeopathic medication, topricin has not been subjected to the same level of FDA scrutiny as allopathic medications are. There are no label warnings with regard to taking this with an NSAID allergy, but that does not mean issues could not occur.
