My ent gave me neilmed sinus rinse, which contains a solution that has sodium bicarbonate. is this safe for me, since i have aspirin and nsaid allergy? i usually only use plain sodium chloride in my neti pot, so this is new for me?

Not a problem: Sodium bicarbonate does not contain any aspirin or NSAID like features.
