A member asked:

Would a steroidial inhaler for asthma used everyday effect the thyroid? especially in someone who is hypothyroid.

No: No studies have ever shown adverse effect of inhaled steroids on thyroid function. Much riskier to not use steroid inhaler and end up on oral steroids for asthma flare - needing to do that can affect more than your thyroid!
