A member asked:

Prophylactic treatment for tb if what?

Diet/Exercise: Tb was common many years ago until hygiene, diet and housing became better. Prophylactic treatment is appropriate diet using "god-made" food, open air exercise and adequate rest. Notice that TB is returning because of a lapse in good health tactics including becoming "couch potatoes" and our extremely poor diet filled with empty calories.
