Quite possibly: Gastroenteritis symptoms may include: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps/pain, headaches, muscular aches & pains as well as fever (low grade). Bloody stools are not usually associated with gastroenteritis.

It may be: Gastroenteritis can be caused by viruses or bacteria. The former is common and can have a low grade fever and the symptoms you are experiencing. Rest, drink plenty of fluids for 24 hours, then slowly increase you diet to a soft "BRAT" like diet. If you do not feel better in a few days, then see the Doctor. Best wishes.
