I have a 3.5 cm. starburst mass, in my lower right lobe of my lung,so what is next. ?

Ask pulmonologist: A lung mass is always of concern. Sometimes it can be determined to be benign simply by comparing xrays or CT scans over time. Often it must be biopsied. If possible, this is done through a scope passed down the windpipe. Sometimes that won't reach and biopsy must be done through the chest wall, guided by CT scan. In special cases biopsy is done with a scope through the chest wall or surgically.
