My ears are itching bad. what to do to stop it?

Ear lavage: If the sensation is inside the ear canal it is likely cerumen impaction, ear wax build up. You would likely get relief from having your ears cleaned out. If external itching you may have had an allergic reaction and benadryl (diphenhydramine) maybe helpful. If continues follow with your Primary care physcian.

Itchy ears: Itchy ears could be due to wax, infection of outer ear or allergies like eczema. Would be worthwhile getting ears checked an din meantime antihistamines can be tried.
