Probably normal: Without examining you it is difficult to say, but the sensations of taste and odor are often subjective and may be entirely withing normal parameters.

"Musty, butsy": On a serious note, there could be a vaginal bacterial infection if the "musty" smells more like "fishy". A MD can check that out for you in their office. On the other hand too frequent washing can create "issues". Moreover, there is a reason that the Great Creator placed your nose forward, up and opposite the anus, so we wouldn't spend a lot of time noting its' normal odors.
